We have digitized the historic document written by Arthur F. Benson, History of the Judges of the Oregon Supreme Court, 1841-1946. Benson was a clerk of the Oregon Supreme Court from 1918-53 and wrote this history that details the history of Oregon from the perspective of the courts. The documents have been made available both online and in PDF format.
